in process: almond tarts.

hi hi!
how about a cup of tea and an almond tart?
and how about a chat about the little things,
the small things that make us smile...
things like:
how's your week so far?
done any tasty baking?
how about the weekend?
how was it?
any delicious meals anywhere?
as for me
at this very second,
i can't think of anyway super noteworthy foodwise.
but, noteworthy shopping...
yes indeed.
i popped by robber on saturday.
and i bought myself a new pair of shoes. love.
and a new favorite shirt,
an alternative henley. also love.
oh and i'm working on writing
a new recipe for you
one for toasty almond tarts.
how about it though...
have you tried any of my recipes so far?
and if so, how were they?
i'd love to hear your thoughts.
and even see your photos.
anyway,
let's chat again soon.
xox, n.

+ 3 things to like:
this recipe, photo and words. love.
these flags.
this real wedding. look at that crinoline!

your plates and cups are lovely! and your new shoes--oh wow! i envy those who can wear heels well. i am very wobbly in them.
lovely photos.
I tried a new recipe for chicken enchiladas that was an epic fail. I'm not sure if I messed up or if the recipe is just something I didn't care for one it came together. your tarts look so delish - I can't wait to click the links.
The images are all lovely but that pair of vintage scissors really caught my eye!
some sexy shoes!
robber sounds like the nicest place on earth at the moment, anabela of fieldguided mentions it often. i want to pop by so much!
Love, love, love the dishes!
As for food...had a beautiful pork rillete with perfect french fries at Clyde Common here in Portland, Oregon (www.clydecommon.com) Highly recommended!
I would love to sit down and have a cup of tea and almond tart! I haven't had a chance to try any of your recipes but I can't wait to have a kitchen again so I can.
Your pictures are so wonderful. And these tart looks so yummy. I would like to sit down and have a cup of tea with you! Kind regards from Germany.
Oooh, those shoes! After I first saw them, I made myself forget them. You've reminded me! Are they comfortable? They're awfully tempting.
hi erica, thank you. they're our cabin plates, but kind of wish they were my home plates. did you find oxfords yet?
