a perfect suit

even though
i'm just back from vacation.

it was chilly
and
at times,
cold
plus, many a day were filled
with
snow.

so i'm still dreaming of
hot weather,
tropical fruit,
a floppy hat
and warm sand between my toes.


i think i know just the place,
but, even more,
i know
just the suit.

how's the start of the 2009?
things are good here.



i should be back
to regular posts this week.
but for now,
there are 5 new spoons over at
herriott grace.


and today,

i walked on a ice covered lake,
almost all the way around the edge.
the sun shined
and the snow
really
glistened.
it was beautiful.



i wore my new winter boots,
and my warm puffy coat.



and you know,
i ate tamales for breakfast.
it was indeed a good day.
hope yours was as well.




oh and you know what else,

i have the feeling for some reason
that, it is going to be a
very
very
good year.

not exactly sure why,
there are a few things.

but, i'll have to wait to see.
