sunday sort of light - the west coast edition!

well, hello there!
how are you?
it feels kinda like ages,
i miss you guys!

i hope things are swell on your end.
things are good on mine.
in the last few days i've stopped longer for coffee
i've eaten chicken from the farm
and i've snacked on crab straight from the sea.

i've felt soft grass under my feet,
i've laughed and giggled,
and i've slept for long hours in big comfy beds.
and you know what,
it's all been pretty great.

hope your days are filled with equally nice bits of happy.
oh and i've got a saturday sandwich on deck
and a surprise or two in the works, so let's chat soon.
until then, happy trails!

 xox, n.

Hi There!!

I found your blog on Design*Sponge, and I love everything about it...gorgeous photography and simple, beautiful words.

But I must ask...I'm looking for a wedding band and that gold band that you are wearing in these photos is just what I'm looking for and have been unable to find!! Would you mind letting me know where it's from? Thank you!!

hi everyone! i'm back in toronto now, but wow, what a great trip! thanks for your kind words!

greta: oh, the second photo is actually of my mom's hand, i'm not married. her ring is a hand-carved first nations ring from vancouver island. i'd be happy to ask her the artist's name if you like. thanks! :)

nikole,

if you could find out the name of the artist, that would be great!! it would be really special coming from vancouver island as that is my favorite canadian destination (from california). loving your blog as well!
thanks again.
